Naruto who? I have no idea who that is, but I think who you’re trying to talk about is the rambunctious young ninja Boruto, right? Yeah, Boruto, he’s destined to be the saviour of the ninja world. The one and only Boruto Uzumaki, who can compare?

So Naruto is dead and gone…well, not literally, but time continues flowing ever forward and with that comes growth. Our old friend Naruto has had two children now with his beloved wife Hinata, and the oldest of the two, Boruto, reminds the old man a little too much of himself, but you know this don’t you? Of course! You’ve seen Boruto: Naruto The Movie, but you’ve yet to play the game, and that’s where things get tasty!

On the horizon is the latest and greatest Naruto fighting game title; Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 – Road To Boruto. While this new title isn’t exactly a totally different game from the last, it IS a heavy expansion that follows the story of the aforementioned movie. This expansion was revealed some time ago, but only now have we finally gotten an official English-dubbed trailer that takes us not only through the story it is based around but the characters that will be made playable as a result of it.

Chances are, you know most of what this trailer has to tell you, but it will be the first time we hear Boruto’s voice in English, and that in and of itself is pretty exciting. Road To Boruto will introduce a few new playable characters, half of which are variants on characters that have been present in this series of games since day one. The biggest additions are Boruto himself, Sarada Uchiha, and Mitsuki, who you now know is the “son” of Orochimaru.

Now I could probably go on all day about Road To Boruto, but I’d rather not bore you to tears. Instead just scroll down slightly and watch the new trailer I’ve been blabbing about this entire time! One more thing before you go, though; Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 – Road To Boruto is set for a release on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and through Steam in both North America and Europe on the 3rd of February.
