Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Set To Be Released In North America This February

Here we go, we’ve finally got a date courtesy of Bandai Namco Entertainment who’ve today announced that the upcoming PlayStation Vita/PlayStation 4 exclusive Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is set to hit local shelves across North America on the 2nd of February next year. Up until this point in time, all we knew about the release of this game is that it was going to be made available sometime in 2016, which seems so far away despite the fact that 2015 is quickly coming to an end.

Bandai Namco Entertainment announced alongside the release date that Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth’s PlayStation 4 version will be made available both digitally and physically, with the physical version coming with some exciting pre-order bonuses that include a couple of costumes for the main character’s Agumon, a set of items thrown together to help the player out during the beginning of the game, with additional Digimon partners like BlackAgumon, BlackGabumon, Beelzemon, and Cherubimon.

Unfortunately the PlayStation Vita version of the game will only be getting a digital release therefor you cannot get these pre-order items, at least, that’s the impression I get from the statements Bandai Namco Entertainment have released.

So far, nothing has been detailed regarding a specific European release of the game but, chances are, we’ll be hearing about it very soon. It’s not like Bandai Namco Entertainment to leave their fans waiting for longer than we have to.
